1.1 How many days do I have to return the item?

You have 30 days to return one or more items.

 

1.2 Do I get my money back with a return?

After we have received the item, we will immediately refund the item. Please note that the article must be in the original packaging and undamaged.

Depending on the financial institution of which you are a customer, the refund can take up to 5 working days before it is visible in your account.

 

1.3 How does signing up for the newsletter work?

There are several options to register:
- In your customer account
- With popup
- In the register box in the shop
- At the end of the checkout page

 

1.4 When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within two days of receipt of payment. We only ship your orders in boxes, so your items are well protected during the shipping process.

 

1.5 Can I also pick up my order?

For the time being, collection is only possible in our store in Leuven. You can indicate this preference in the payment options.

 

1.6 What are the shipping costs?

For Belgium:

Home delivery Bpost 5.82 euros

Collection point Bpost 4.73 euros

 

1.7 From what amount do I have free shipping?

For Belgium: 35 euros

Outside Belgium: 70 euros
