Absolutely. Just bring your receipt so our staff can easily find your purchase.
If you choose "pick-up in Jelly Jazz <store>", we will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as your product is ready in that store.
Would you prefer a confirmation via SMS? Then let us know in the comments field at checkout or send an email to [email protected] and we will send you when you can pick up your order.
Indeed, we don't post our entire collection online. There are several reasons for this with which we won't bore you.
The great thing is that if you send us an email at [email protected], with a description of the item you've seen, we can temporarily put it online for you the same day so you can still purchase it via the webshop.
You have 30 days to return one or more items.
After we have received the item, we will immediately refund the item. Please note that the article must be in the original packaging and undamaged.
Depending on the financial institution of which you are a customer, the refund can take up to 5 working days before it is visible in your account.

Your order will usually be shipped within two days of receipt of payment. We only ship your orders in boxes and protective envelopes, so your items are well protected during the shipping process.
