Cooling-off period/returns

It may be the case that you want to return an order. Perhaps you didn't like the product after all or maybe there is another reason why you don’t want to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. You only have to cover the costs of returning the product from your home to the webshop. These costs are approximately 6.95 per parcel, but please consult the website of your shipping company for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of return, the product must be returned to the merchant with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition. To exercise this right, please contact us via [email protected] We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product has been returned in perfect condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than was necessary to test the product, we may charge you for this loss of value. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.

Exchanging a product?

Would you like to exchange your product? No problem! You can contact [email protected] However, you have to cover the costs of returning the product yourself.

I entered the wrong delivery address!

Did you enter the wrong delivery address by mistake? If so, contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you

 

 

How do I return an item? 

1. Request the return via My Account > My orders > View > Return items

2. Fill in the details (return reason and return action) and klick 'sent'

3. We will contact you (return confirmation)
