We care about our products and naturally do our utmost to deliver them to you in perfect condition. However, it sometimes happens that a product breaks during transport or another incident occurs whereby you can make a warranty claim. Legally, you are obliged to notify this to us within two months after the defect has been identified. If the defect falls under the guarantee, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

If the issue does not get resolved via this channel, you can submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. Since 15 February 2016, it has also been possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
